After 35 years of building dreams into homes, a local company has been recognized for its excellence.
Traverse City’s custom home builder, Silverwood Enterprises, has been given a special honor.
Kendall Smith says their team just received a prestigious award, “Builder of the Year,” from the Home Builders Association of the Grand Traverse Area.
“It’s a real big privilege,” he says. “I’ve been in this business a long time, and this is kind of the thing that feels good.”
Recipients for the award have to be nominated—and a committee make the final decision.
