D Bar D Ranch in Chase is inviting you to come out and spend the weekend with horses.
Rider Kyleigh Weck is racing in the IBRA barrel show weekend.
“It’s just really fun and entertaining to me and I get to make a lot of friends while doing it,” she says. “Trying not to knock down the barrels or mess up.”
Owner Don Beach says it’s a family experience.
“It’s good fun and it’s good family stuff, ya know, you get a chance to interact with your family and support their passion,” He says. “It’s just good, fun stuff.”
You can sign up for the races on Saturday and Sunday the day of, right at D Bar D Ranch.
Prices range from $3 to $25 dollars, and the winner will earn 70 percent of the entry fees, plus.
