President Trump’s former campaign chairman and his business partner are expected to appear in federal court Thursday for a hearing.
Paul Manafort and Rick Gates have been on house arrest since Monday, when they surrendered to the FBI.
The men have been indicted on money laundering charges, accused of funneling more than $75 million through foreign bank accounts and conspiring against America.
The two have a combined bail of $15 million.
Prosecutors are now providing more details, saying Manafort had three different passports and provided different accounts of his assets.
