Traverse Bay Area Intermediate School District decided on a new superintendent.
At a special meeting tonight, TBAISD’s board cast a unanimous vote for doctor Nicholas Ceglarek.
He’s the current superintendent of Hudsonville Public Schools near Grand Rapids.
He’ll replace superintendent Michael Hill who will retire at the end of the year.
Ceglarek will finish the year in Hudsonville before fully transitioning into the position.
An interim superintendent will fill in until June.
The board will finalize the decision November 7.
