12 Children Rescued, 54 Arrested After Child Trafficking Crackdown
Twelve children were rescued and 54 people arrested after a recent crackdown on child trafficking in Michigan.
An arrest last Thursday included eight sex traffickers and 46 other people who were involved in prostitution.
Michigan took part in a nationwide crackdown effort involving 55 FBI field offices, which recovered 84 children and captured 120 alleged traffickers.
The children found in Michigan will receive help from the Department of Health and Human Services and the Salvation Army.
