Adopt A Pet Tuesday: Frenchie, Bishop, Bruce & Maxwell
It’s Adopt a Pet Tuesday on Michigan This Morning!
This week we have Frenchie, Bishop, Bruce and Maxwell – just four of Northern Michigan’s many great, adoptable animals waiting for a loving family to take them home.
Frenchie is a 1-year-old domestic shorthair/mix. Frenchie loves to run around and play! He is also looking for a family to keep him occupied. If Frenchie sounds like the perfect furry friend for you, you can meet him at the Humane Animal Treatment Society in Mount Pleasant.
Bishop is a 3-year-old border collie/Australian Shepard. Bishop is an energetic bundle of fun and would make a great running partner. He gets along with other dogs, but needs a home without cats. Bishop is waiting to meet his forever family at the Charlevoix Area Humane Center in Boyne City.
Bruce is a 1-year-old shepherd/mix. He tends to presents himself as defensive, but he’s a very sweet boy. Bruce also loves to gives kisses. Tricks and commands are also his specialty. Bruce is at the Ausable Valley Animal Shelter in Grayling now, but can’t wait to get to his new forever home!
We also have Maxwell, a 3-year-old boxer, lab pitbull terrier mix. Handlers say he is very active loves to play with squeaky toys and run. Since Maxwell is a strong dog, he would prefer a home without young kids or other animals. He is a lovable dog that is quiet and doesn’t bite. To adopt Maxwell, visit the Homeward Bound Animal Shelter in Manistee.
Last week, our On the Road crew introduced the Empty the Shelters event that took place this past Saturday.
Bissell Pet Foundation broke records this weekend as more than 2,000 pets from 75 shelters found a loving forever home.
Tune in to MTM each Tuesday at 5:20 a.m. and 8:50 a.m. for more lovable Northern Michigan pets in search of families of their own!
