Everyone knows it’s hard to eat right and exercise when you’re on vacation, but you don’t want to ruin your hard work in the gym!

As Katie Boomgaard explains, there are some easy ways to stay fit on your trip.

If you’re really serious about working out during your vacation, you can pack resistance bands and some workout DVDs to use in your hotel room.    

You can also check with a local gym to see if you can buy daily or weekly passes.
