DTE Energy Paints New Isabella County Child Advocacy Center
DTE Energy volunteers worked hard Thursday to spruce up the new Isabella County Child Advocacy Center.
Executive director Kim Seidel says they recently took over the building.
Today 18 employees from DTE and the advocacy center employees painted walls at the new location.
DTE says volunteering is important for them to do in the places they serve.
And the center is grateful for the help.
“I just want to say again how important this is to our community and that we are going to be impacting the lives of over a thousand children next year and DTE is now a part of that in Isabella County” says Seidel.
The new Isabella County Child Advocacy Center plans to open this October.
