The food truck rolled into the 9&10 News parking lot with local smokehouse savants Jason Towers and Mike Yount inside. Their travel rig is as hand-made as the tight rotation of crispy wings, burnt ends and Smokey St. Louis- style spare ribs. Delicious!
Everything’s a hit, but you could say the brisket’s a cut above the rest. The meat stands alone, boasting bold flavors stacked fresh with every order.
