A Clare County probate court employee, accused of driving drunk and running from police, is expected to be arraigned again by a different judge.
Clare County prosecutor Michelle Ambrozaitis says Steffi Brasington will be in Clare County circuit court for a plea Monday.
Judge Mark S. Wickens, of the Lake County trial court, will take over the case.
In March, Clare County deputies tried to pull over Brasington, but they say she just continued to drive.
She is charged with fleeing and eluding and driving while intoxicated.
