Police say they have the man who they believe was part of an armed robbery.
It all started Monday night when a man came into a Clare store and robbed it at gunpoint.
Police say the man hit a store manager at Dollar Daze in the head with their fist.
The Clare County Sheriff’s Department says Robert Wagner is now in custody for the armed robbery.
During the robbery, Wagner got away with a bank bag but it’s not released how much money was in that bag.
About 10 minutes later police made a traffic stop.
Police say Wagner was in that car and ran from police, but is now in custody.
A bank bag belonging to the Dollar Daze was found in the car.
Wagner is being interviewed and is expected to be charged Tuesday.
