Just hours before the polls open this 2016 Election Day we take you live to the precincts in Traverse City. By this time tomorrow our 45th President of the United States will have been determined as well as dozens of local and statewide platforms. But until then, our action between 7am and 8pm today has the power to facilitate change in our neighborhoods, schools, counties and country.
