Kalamazoo police say a 10-year-old boy is dead after he was hit by a vehicle while crossing the street.
It happened Wednesday night in Kalamazoo Township.
Police say the boy crossed the street in an area where there is no crosswalk or stoplight.
He later died at the hospital.
Police say driving conditions were dark and rainy.
The man driving the vehicle wasn’t injured.
