Detroit Woman Arrested In Alpena County For Possession, Delivering Heroin
Michigan State Police arrested a Detroit woman in Alpena County for possession and delivery of heroin.
Troopers say it all started when they responded to an unconscious 21-year-old Flint woman overdosing on heroin that was possibly laced with Fentanyl.
She was on an Indian Trails bus in the Walmart parking lot on M-32 in Alpena.
During the investigation troopers found another 21-year-old female passenger on the bus from Detroit had heroin on her.
The woman admitted to delivering the heroin to the victim, causing the overdose.
Troopers also found Valium, hypodermic needles and paraphilia, including a crack pipe on the suspect.
The Detroit woman was arrested on charges of possession and delivery of heroin and a scheduled 4 controlled substance, as well as an outstanding felony warrant.
The Flint woman was taken to Mid-Michigan Medical Center after EMS administered Naloxone, which reverses an overdose, and took other lifesaving measures.
At the hospital police found the victim to be in possession of marijuana and Valium.
