Two Grand Traverse Co. Teens Plead Guilty to Larceny

Two teens accused of breaking into cars in the Grand Traverse County area, as well as shooting a woman with a BB gun have pleaded guilty to larceny.

Grand Traverse County deputies responded to a neighborhood in Kingsley back in August after a woman reported two boys rummaging through her car.

When they saw her, one of the boys shot her in the leg with a BB gun.

Deputies arrested Philip O’Hara and Austin Teadt and charged them with breaking and entering and stealing from cars.

Teadt is also accused of assault with a dangerous weapon and having marijuana.

Both have pleaded guilty to attempted larceny from a motor vehicle, but all other charges were dropped.

They will be sentenced on November 4th.
