Trump to Visit Flint Water Treatment Plant

In continuing coverage of the 2016 presidential election, republican nominee Donald Trump is heading to Flint on Wednesday where he will tour the city.

The GOP nominee will visit the treatment plant at the center of the city’s water crisis.

Trump is also expected to use the visit as part of his ongoing effort to appeal to African American voters.

Northern Michigan’s News Leader will be in Flint to bring you live coverage of Trump’s visit throughout the day. 

On the democratic side, Hillary Clinton took another day of rest after her pneumonia diagnosis.

In her absence, President Obama held his first solo rally in Philadelphia.

Clinton’s campaign team says she will be back on the campaign trail by Thursday.

A new national poll shows Clinton leading Trump by four points.
