For Octavion, he has never lost faith that he will find the right family.
Octavion is 14 years old and in the eighth grade.
He enjoys playing basketball, writing songs and mowing the lawn.
“It doesn’t matter to me what family chooses me, I just want a family that’s loving and caring,” says Octavion.
