FDA Proposes New Food Safety Standards For Foodborne Illness Prevention
The Food and Drug Administration is proposing new stricter food safety rules, that according to some are overdue.
The FDA is hoping the sweeping changes will reduce the number of foodborne illnesses every year.
It will require farmers and processors to take more precautions against contamination.
