Rain Water Floods Several Rose City Homes

It has been an extensive clean-up effort for some Northern Michigan residents after a destructive flash flood this weekend. Within just one hour, several businesses and homes were washed out by the rain water. The flash flooding in Rose City came from the Houghton Creek in Ogemaw County.
