Mason County Judge Sentences Man For Gas Station Arson

A man will spend time in jail and pay thousands in damage for setting a Mason County gas station on fire. A judge sentenced the man Tuesday for setting fire to the Ludington BP in January. Jacob Criswell will spend anywhere from eight to 20 years in prison and pay more than $200,000 in restitution to the gas station. Criswell admitted to breaking in, then lighting the gas station on fire.
