Wasabi and Nori and Sushi, Oh My!

Sushi can be a polarizing dish – some people love and some people are completely turned off by it. Lovers of sushi are ravenous in its praise (just ask Kaz!) and encourage those who don't eat it to have an open mind. That's why Kaz and Corey checked out the Firefly in Traverse City to see how they make sushi and what goes into it. The results were quite beautiful and quite delicious – just ask Corey, the most recent sushi convert.
