A former Oscoda County teacher is going to jail. It's a case police have worked on for nearly 2 years. This morning, a judge sentenced Jeffry Csernyik to spend around three months in jail and pay $1,700 in fines. The judge told Cserniky he wanted to give him a harder punishment but wasn't allowed to. Csernyik is a former teacher for the Mio Ausable School District. He exposed himself to students. Northern Michigan's News Leader was in the courtroom for today's sentencing and will show you what happened tonight on Fox 32 News.
