Grayling City Manager Arrested

The Crawford County Sheriff's Department says Grayling City Manager David Thayer was arrested for breaking Social Security Number Privacy Act Laws. After a two month investigation, the county prosecutor issued a warrant for Thayer who was arrested and charged with 24 counts of releasing confidential information to the public without permission to do so.
