Part of I-75 closed down because of a tractor trailer accident is now back open. There was a partial lane closure on I-75 North in Otsego County. Police say white-out conditions created by a tractor trailer caused another semi driver to lose sight of the road and overturn. The tanker separated from the truck, which was hauling liquid latex paint additive, leading to a visit from Haz-Mat. No one was hurt.
