A 17-year-old Sault Ste. Marie High School Senior died after a weekend car accident. Kelsey Raffaele was driving alone when she lost control on Seymour Street. Police are not releasing any information, but her mother tells us Kelsey lost control after trying to pass another car. Those who knew Kelsey say she will be deeply missed. They say she had a lot of friends and was always upbeat and positive. There will be a scholarship in Kelsey's name set up at Sault Area High School.
