Crankers Hosts Fundraiser for Haiti Relief Efforts
A Mt. Pleasant pastor is going to Haiti to help with relief efforts. Conerstone Church's pastor, Chad Brown, has been rebuilding wells in Haiti for the past two years. But with the recent earthquake in Port Au Prince, wells need to be rebuilt now more than ever. When the owner of Cranker's Coney Island heard of Brown's efforts, he wanted to help. On Thursday night, all three Cranker's locations hosted a fundraiser to help donate money for Brown's trip. Cali O'Rourke and photojournalist Jordan Nagel have the story. All money raised will go to Haiti relief efforts. If you would like more information on how to donate to Brown's efforts, please click the link below.
