It's time to start breaking the ice on Pere Marquette Lake, and fishermen and others should use caution. The Pere Marquette Shipping tug “Undaunted” will start breaking up the ice on the lake Wednesday. The move is ahead of a barge scheduled to arrive at the Oxychem dock Thursday morning.
